With proper care and maintenance, our wigs can last 2–3 years or more. As with natural hair, longevity depends on how well the unit is cared for.

Processing Time
All Muna Hair units are made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Processing Time
Orders require 7-12 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time refers to the period used to:
- Construct your wig
- Customise the hairline and lace
- Perform quality checks
- Prepare your order for dispatch
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Policy
Order Changes
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.
This includes:
- Delivery address
- Shipping method
- Items within the order
Verify Your Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Muna Hair is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the courier’s possession.
If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim directly with the shipping courier.
Delivered Packages
We do not issue refunds for packages marked as “Delivered.”
If your tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or courier service to open a claim.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent via shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the courier system.
Returns & Exchange Policy
All Muna Hair wigs are made to order and customised following purchase.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Items Cannot Be Returned If:
- The lace has been cut
- The wig has been worn
- The hair has been styled or altered
- The hygiene tag has been removed
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details before purchasing.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your wig is custom made and non-refundable unless faulty.
Cap Size Guide
Muna wigs are designed to fit comfortably and securely for most customers.
Our adjustable caps typically fit head circumferences between 21” and 23”.
How to Measure Your Head
Using a soft measuring tape:
- Start at your hairline
- Wrap the tape behind your ears
- Continue around the nape of your neck

Colour Disclaimer
Despite every effort to accurately display product colours, screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear.
Your unit may vary slightly in colour from what is shown online.
Length Disclaimer
Styling methods can affect the final appearance of hair length.
Curling hair may reduce visible length by up to 3–4 inches.
Example:
To achieve 26-inch curled hair, you may need 28–30 inch straight hair.

Are the wigs glueless?
Yes. Muna wigs are designed with a secure adjustable band built into the cap.
When tightened, this band creates gentle tension that allows the lace to sit flat and secure without glue.
Can I still use glue?
Yes.
While our wigs are designed to be glueless, you may still use adhesive if you prefer a more laid finish.
Does the hair hold curls?
Yes.
Our wigs are made from high-quality human hair, which holds curls well when styled correctly.
Curl longevity depends on your styling technique and products used.
