Hair Selection - Choose Your Option

Option 1: Muna Hair Extensions

If you wish to use Muna Hair's premium extensions, simply add all hair specs to your cart along with this Wig Service.

Option 2: Provide Your Own Hair

If you wish to provide your own hair, please fully read and follow the hair guidelines below. Hair that does not meet our guidelines will be returned with a service fee refund.

Hair Guidelines:

  • Bundles must be CLEAN, THREAD FREE, and LABELED (ex. 22" bundle, 24" bundle, 26" bundle)
  • If wefts are CUT, please check "Yes" in product options
  • NEW Lace is preferred and highly suggested. Gently worn lace is accepted.
  • Human, Virgin, and Raw hair ONLY. Synthetic hair is NOT accepted.
  • Thick hairline lace and low-quality lace (beauty supply, synthetic, etc.) are NOT accepted.

Shipping Instructions (For Providing Your Own Hair)

Ship within 3 business days of purchasing your Wig Service:

  1. Include a note in your package with your Full Name and Order #
  2. Email us at contact@munahair.com with your Order # and Tracking Number

Processing Time & Delivery

Custom Wig Services have an estimated 5-7 BUSINESS DAY processing time and shipping/pick-up window.

  • If you ship or drop-off hair/wigs: Processing time begins the following business day your hair is delivered to us.
  • If you order Muna Hair hair/wigs: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your hair to arrive to us (Total processing and shipping time: 10-14 business days.)
